
IBARAKI 18.2 Black Tea
The IBARAKI 18 collection are two teas both made from the rare Izumi cultivar. These teas are created from two different harvests: 1st flush and 2nd flush.
IBARAKI 18.2 is made from late summer harvest, yielding a reddish brew with a soft fruitiness that finishes long and clean.
ORIGIN: Ibaraki Prefecture, Japan
HARVEST: Spring 2018
PACKAGING: 15g loose leaf in sealed foil packet
RECIPE:
3g, 100ml freshly boiled water at 90ºC+, infuse for 30 seconds for the 1st infusion.
2nd infusion: 45 seconds
3rd infusion: 60 seconds
