TAMA 18 Green Tea
TAMA 18 is a tamaryokucha green tea, a speciality of Ureshino Village. It's similar to sencha, however, rather than being rolled into fine needles, the young tea leaves are given a coil shape.
TAMA 18 is a blend of Saemidori tea leaves gathered from the spring 2019 harvest. The extended resting time has resulted in a richer style of green tea with citrus aromas, and pronounced flavours of toasty cereals and sweet umami.
