COCO 18 Matcha
COCO 18 is one of the best matcha blends to come from Yame, rivalling the top matcha from Uji. The tea leaves have undergone a longer roasting process to bring out the nuttiness, and to create a heady white chocolate aroma.

PACKAGING: 20g matcha in sealed foil packet
This is a highly versatile tea for original whisked matcha (usucha) and thick matcha (koicha). When made thick, expect an intense experience of sweet cream with grassy savouriness.
2g per 60ml freshly boiled water cooled to 65 – 75ºC, whisk until a smooth and frothy foam forms.
4g per 20ml at 60ºC, gently whisk until a smooth and even paste is achieved.
