COCO 18 Matcha 20g
COCO 18 is the pinnacle of traditional matcha blending, a limited edition that is a stunning representation of its category and the very best of Yame tea production. These tea leaves have undergone a slightly longer roast to bring out more pronounced aromas which is a signature style of the region.
We named this matcha COCO 18 for its heady white chocolate aromas and rich mouthfeel. This is a highly versatile tea for original whisked matcha (usucha) and thick matcha (koicha), delivering an intense experience of sweet, creamy, grassy savouriness.

PACKAGING: 20g matcha in sealed tin canister
2g per 60ml freshly boiled water at 65 – 75ºC, whisk until a smooth and frothy foam forms.
4g per 20ml at 60ºC, gently whisk until a smooth and even paste is achieved.
