HOSHINO 18 Matcha
HOSHINO 18 was developed with master blenders in Yame over the course of two year's research and development. The tea leaves are harvested from several fields across the Yame territory. This blend perfectly balances high and low altitude crops, offering a satisfyingly complex and complete matcha, with well defined layers of sweetness, umami and gentle bitterness.
ORIGIN: Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan
PACKAGING: 20g matcha in sealed foil packet
RECIPE: 2g per 60ml freshly boiled water cooled to 65 – 75ºC, whisk until a smooth and frothy foam forms.
