KAZUMI 18 Matcha
KAZUMI 18 is a beast of a matcha. The umami is big and bold, delivering an intense hit of tongue tingling savouriness of freshly picked greens.
This perfectly poised punch comes from a single origin cultivar, created from shade-grown Saemidori tea leaves. They are grown under a straw canopy for 20+ days in an isolated mountainous location.
ORIGIN: Yame, Fukuoka Prefecture, Japan
HARVEST: Spring 2018
PACKAGING: 20g matcha in sealed foil packet
RECIPE: 2g per 60ml freshly boiled water cooled to 65 – 75ºC, whisk until the matcha is suspended evenly. Note: this is a low foaming matcha.
