YOSHI 18-S Matcha 20g
YOSHI 18–S is a very unusual matcha and goes against the tradition of matcha production in Japan. This is a single cultivar and single origin matcha. This tea is created from young Samidori leaves all grown on a small family-owned farm in the heart of Uji, Kyoto prefecture.
Matcha is typically a blended product of different green tea leaves from different seasons. Here, we have a unique opportunity to taste Samidori from spring 2018 in its entirely.
YOSHI 18–S has an uplifting floral aroma, the buttery umami is balanced nicely with a touch of bitterness.

- Stone ground by granite mills
PACKAGING: 20g in sealed foil packet
2g per 60ml freshly boiled water cooled to 60 – 70ºC, whisk until a smooth and frothy foam forms.
