YOSHI 18-E Matcha
YOSHI 18–E is a maverick unconventional matcha, created in the heart of the tea industry in Uji, Kyoto. It's seasonal, and made entirely from the Saemidori cultivar, grown and finished by one single family producer.
Spring 2018 was a optimum harvest, resulting in a very elegant matcha that's smooth and sweet, and with zero astringency. The flavour has the softness and sweetness that is close to chestnut purée.

PACKAGING: 20g in sealed foil packet
RECIPE: 2g per 60ml freshly boiled water at 60 – 70ºC, whisk until a smooth and frothy foam forms.
