YOSHI 18-U Matcha
YOSHI 18–U is bravely made entirely from the Uji Hikari cultivar without any blending or dilution. The tea leaves are grown on a small farm in the heart of Uji, and if there was a grand cru of tea, then this little patch would be it.
This matcha has an uplifting floral aroma. The buttery umami is balanced nicely with a gentle sweetness of young greens.

PACKAGING: 20g in sealed foil packet
RECIPE: 2g per 60ml freshly boiled water cooled to 60 – 70ºC, whisk until a smooth and frothy foam forms.
